Message	Here you are complaining, but never once did you pick up the phone and talk to him? I've always had great service from him and he has made things right where he sent the wrong items. He even called me when he realized he forgot to include 2 gaskets and sent them out that day. We're all human, you should have spoken to him first, if you were assuming the price to be $100.
